Class Reports

Every family hears how class went.

After the session, whoever taught it writes one recap — and, where it helps, a private note for a single student. Publishing sends it to the families on that roster and leaves it waiting in their portal.

The session report editor for a Youth BJJ class: a written recap in the "What we covered" box with a 254 of 5,000 character counter beneath it, then three students each badged Attended, with a private note typed against the first, and Save draft and Publish buttons at the foot.

Real product — captured from a running Catomni studio.

What You Get

  • One recap per session, written by whoever actually taught it — a cover instructor included
  • An optional private note per student, readable only by that student’s own account holders
  • Publishing emails the families on that session’s roster, skipping anyone who has muted class reminders
  • Correct it later and families see the report marked as edited, rather than quietly changed
  • Families read them under Class Reports in the portal — only for the classes their child was actually in
